south beach: fitness center

Another thing I love about South Beach is the fitness fanaticism: after living in London for so long, where the vibe is to be skinny but in a kind of 'I don't work out, I'm just genetically scrawny' way, it's a shock to the system to see such overt exercising taking place on the street. In public, and in broad daylight!

Snapped Running Man (on 15th Street) and Roller Girl (on Collins Avenue) within moments of each other. I wonder if, after I took this shot, they bumped into each other, realised they were both playing the same song, fell in love & lived happily ever after.

I wonder what they were listening to.

Haha, I laughed about the 'genetically scrawny' British..it's so true! We are tiny compared to the tall, broad Americans! Everything's just bigger there isn't it?

But hey, thanks for the hot man running towards me on my screen, much appreciated!

oh man... let's be honest, most people in london don't look like that... maybe that's why we don't get half naked and bounce around in broad daylight? haha... only joking, i might be more inclined to do so if i could get a tan like that girl.

p.s. a liquid diet of melted cheese/chocolate sounds divine!! are you back in the UK?

oh wow... I think they work out more because of the weather, too. I love working out in summer but I have to force myself to go to the gym in winter...
have lots of fun, xoxo

Their bodies are so beautiful! I wish I could run around in a sports bra and tight pants like that. Makes me want to stop drinking and work out more!

It's really important nowadays that we consider our health and with proper diet and exercise, we may be able to achieve that body that we've all been dying for. One of the ways that we can do for us to have that gorgeous body is to regularly go to the gym and work that body out. Like me for instance who always go to Glendale fitness center inside Glendale parks and recreation center. And I love going there all the time for in their facilities are more innovated and the gym staff were friendly also.

Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”. Nashville fitness
