these are a few of my favourite things

The sorbet colours of the Wallis Collection 1923 label coats (it's often sad, in spring, to go to press days and see winter clothing, but this display was so light and summery: I'm all for wearing these colours year round).. light as a feather mini scone canapes sandwiched with jam and clotted cream.. and a flower arrangement, all at the Arcadia press day.

Lovely Sunday everyone!

Wow! What a great colour palate, how could you ever have winter blues when wearing that berry pink winter coat!

Love those colours too and the illustration on the tag.

As I've said before blogger broke down and ate the comments: Thanks for stopping by. I've read the interview, highly entertaining. Good translation, sloppy editing.

Weather was much more like April the last two days, which is fine with me, since my summer dress and legs aren't ready yet.

By the way, I'm wearing a polka dotted belt today. Wanna see? Here: http://hatsmakemehappy.blogspot.com/2011/05/der-schalk-sitzt-mir-im-nacken.html

Enjoy your Sunday and the new week.

Beautiful colors of coats! The dessert looks fantastic and yummy!

I'm going to be in London next summer, partly for vacation and partly for the Rewind Festival (couldn't quite get it together for this year)....hopefully we can run into each other on the streets!

Such beautiful colour combinations! I totally agree with you, Jill - they go summer and winter.

This is the first I've heard of the Wallis Heritage collection (so woefully out of the loop...). Those colours and trims are very pretty. Yay for wearing colour in winter btw, there should be a law out there prohibiting too much gloom.
