biker boy

Alex, from Hammersmith, on Kensington High Street. When I told him what I was shooting him for, he asked 'And you think I'm stylish?' in a tone that implied if I thought so, how sad am I, but was obliging none the less.
His shorts are his dad's, (i.e., vintage), from Hang Ten.

Great photo!
Hang Ten...that brand brings back such fond memories of my teenage summers spent in Florida. All the cool beach kids wore Hang Ten!

Hey I just posted about your blog!!

Oh, my, Thumbelina, that is so so lovely, what you posted! Thank you. I'm a bit teary (or chuffed to bits as they'd say here).
The funny thing is - and I mean this sincerely - I love YOUR blog! It's mutual blog love : ) I wish I could just do that - I've been shooting myself in mirrors and shop windows all my life - but Mr. Dot thinks that makes me vain - or even more vain (which you're most certainly not).

There are girls' girls (like Jennifer Aniston) and then there are... Angelinas, and you, and Stephanie of Style Oddessy, and Amy of Style Spy, and H of Pret a Porter P.. you're all such wonderful, smart, generous spirited women, and instead of writing all this in a comment, I"m going to post about it. Today!

Will send you an email in case you don't see this. Thanks again you've made my day! jCx oxo

I could live without the shorts, in all honesty, but his hair is fantastic.

hot tuna! that's right! it was a while ago but i think he did say that & i wrote it down wrong later.

he really was very nice, and hey, it was nice of him to pose. i think he truly didn't get why i thought he had good street style.

so, anonymous: how in the world did you know they were hot tuna? i'm curious. i'd normally delete your comment because you used the c word, but you were helpful, so thank you.
