I wouldn't mind waiting i line either. Like you said...good opportunity to catch up and take pictures of people. Why not? There is not one woman in that line that does not look trendy. So many chic fashion conscientious women in one line. Wow! Perfect place for pictures and simply marvel at the fact that everyone is gathering together in one place to enjoy the same thing: Fashion. check out my trendy blog! http://thetrendydwarf.blogspot.com/
I know! For this street style photographer, it's like shooting fish ; )
And I didn't have to do the whole 'Hi, my name is JIll and I have this blog..' but yeah, I loved the way they were all texting: no one was being present. Apart from me, and my camera.
Trendy Dwarf: good to hear from you! How's life in Boston these days? Hope you're being trendy & all is well.
Argh. I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a version of those suede ankle boots with the wedge & platform. Why can I not find any anywhere?????? Also, I love the shape of the pants on the girl with the long ray fur collar -- pleated at the top and pegged at the bottom. Are they tweed?
exNYer, married to an Englishman, residing in London. Once I was an art director, now I am a housewife. I am also a screenwriter, artist, just wrote my first novel.
I shoot stylish people.
I am not a blogger. I am a human being.
My blog began as 'streetstyle london' in January, 2009. I have since expanded to other areas: creatively, I feel that I've taken the 'streetstyle' genre as far as I could, and am passing the baton on to the next generation. Not that I'll never shoot or post streetstyle, mind you: just not exclusively.
I do not get paid by affiliates or PR companies to promote their brands. My opinions are my own.

I love how they're all texting in the photo. I've never seen so many fashionistas in one area. They've kept it simple, but still look fab.

And just think: they're the ones who DIDN'T get fast tracked in! They're the plebs ; )
That was the same show I shot Olivia, Pixie, Nicola, the Sart, and Kate Lamphor btw. A whole lot of fashionista going on.
This is such a great in the moment pic - all standing and texting in different directions, like something in a magazine :) love it
