Trust me, babe, the price you pay for one of those is quite high, I've discovered. But, like any true classic, they do improve with age - so you get your money's worth over time.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for a similar, available model...

You, too, Vik! You & my comments appeared at the same time, I was replying to Amy @ SS - it's overlapped. But yes, I feel the same way, about everything you said.
much love to you, too! Hope it's sunnier up there than it is down here in London. Off to the cinema : )

the colorful dress is great- but still can't appreciate what guys like about their pants hanging down so low- really quite dumb when you think that the look got started in the jails- meaning is about. Didn't realize this look expanded beyond the US- how sad.

all Mr. Dot needs in a paint brush!
Have you seen the movie about Pollack - I think it came out last year- quite good!

I know, the trouser thing is ridiculous. I do remember vaguely hearing about the jail thing. It's pretty insane!

re: Mr. Dot & a brush.. scary concept, altho he has done some brilliant art work years ago, come to think of it. The only Pollack film I know is with Ed Harris - who Mr. D met & was friendly with for a while, also around the time of his painting period, come to think of it. It was in NY, so it might have been while he was on location for that film. Ha! Funny how everything is connected today.

Is there a newer one? That one was brilliant.
